Chief of Police Randall Mack
began with the Bellaire Police Department in
1978 he has a
Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice attending
Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos , Texas. He also
has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Management from
Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas. He is a
Graduate of the FBI National Academy 163rd Session in
Quantico, Virginia.

site. Bellaire, located in the Houston Metropolitan area, is an
urban community comprised of a mixture of residential and
business properties. Bellaire's population of approximately
15,000 resident grows to an estimated daytime population of
over 35,000.

Assistant Chief Byron Holloway
In 1976 at the age of 19, Chief
Holloway joined the Bellaire Police Department as a police dispatcher
and worked his way through the ranks to the position of Assistant Chief
of Police. He is a graduate of the Texas Law Enforcement Leadership and
Command College, the 195th Session of the FBI National Academy, and
holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate. The Patrol Division and
Support Services Divisions are within his span of control. He can be
