Criminal Investigations Division |

| The Criminal Investigations Division is one of the smaller
divisions within the Police Department. The activities of this
division include the investigation of criminal offenses, preparation
of criminal cases for filing with the District Attorney's Office,
analysis of trends in criminal activity, and processing of major
crime scenes.

Detective Sgt Greg Bartlett
started his career with the Bellaire Police Dept. in January of 1985.
Sgt. Bartlett has held the positions of Patrol Officer, Field Training
Officer, Detective, Narcotics Investigator and now holds the position
of Detective Sergeant. Sgt. Bartlett is on the Bellaire Tactical Team
and is also a Tactical Team Leader. Sgt. Bartlett holds an Advanced
Peace Officer Certificate and is currently attending the Law
Enforcement Leadership Command College.
