| The Bellaire
Municipal court located at 5110 Jessamine, processes
only Class C misdemeanor cases where only a fine can be
imposed on a violation. |
| The court may allow
defensive driving or deferred adjudication. To request
deferred adjudication, the person who received the violation
must appear before the Judge and request this. Fines
may be paid in person. The court is staffed by one
court clerk, three deputy clerks and one officer acting as
bailiff. |
