Aggravated Robbery Incidents

 

 

Bellaire, Texas (August 8, 2008 ) . .

 

            On 08-08-2008 at approximately 12:34 a.m., Officers of the Bellaire Police Department responded to a reported  aggravated robbery that just occurred in the 4400 block of Camilla Lane.  Two male suspects approached the victim as he as getting out of his vehicle.  The two suspects then displayed a shotgun and handgun and robbed the victim of his personal property.  The suspects  fled the location in a dark colored vehicle driven by a third suspect. 

 

            On 08-08-2008 at approximately 1:48 a.m., Officers of the Bellaire Police Department responded to the 5000 block of Beech St in reference to an aggravated robbery that had just occurred.  Two male suspects approached the victim as he as getting out of his vehicle, displayed a handgun and shotgun and robbed the victim.   

 

Neither victim was injured during these incidents and the investigation indicates both robberies were committed by the same suspects.

 

 

The suspect vehicle is described as a 1999 to 2002 dark green Chevrolet Malibu 4door.

           

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 18 to 20 years of age, 5’10” to 6’00” tall, slim build, short hair, clean shaven, wearing a baggie white T-shirt, and armed with a handgun, possibly a 9mm. 

 

Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 18 to 20 years of age, 5’08” to 5’10” tall, skinny, facial hair, baggie red shirt, dark pants, and armed with a sawed off shotgun. 

 

Suspect #3 is described as a black male, 20 to 22 years of age, 6’02” tall, heavier build than the first two, white T-shirt.

 

Any person with information regarding these incidents is asked to call the Bellaire Police Department at 713-668-0487.

 

It is believed that one or both of the victims were followed home by the suspects and the suspects waited for the victims to exit their vehicles before committing the robberies. 

 

Persons should always remain aware of their surroundings and if you suspect you are being followed, call 911 and proceed to the nearest police facility.
